Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory):
Pre-registered participants, who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of 30 EUR provided a written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat (e-mail : icar2015@symposium.pl)  before the 8th of May 2015. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. If cancellation is made after this date ne refund of fee can be expected.    


Programme for accompanying persons:

• 10.06.2015 Wednesday - a guided tour "Introduction to the history of Krakow" - Historical Museum of the City of Krakow and Polish Art Gallery od the XIX century sightseeing - both located in Sukiennice on Krakow Market Square,
• 11.06.2015 Thursday - a guided tour "Krakow Food Tour" Kazimierz - the old Jewish district in Krakow, Wawel Castle and Cahtedral, then a walk in Grodzka Street towards Collegium Maius, along with tasting Polish products like: oscypek, kiełbasa lisiecka, obwarzanek, pierogi.
